I've just been told by a reliable source that Cat had a metal plate inserted into her jaw after an accident as a child. Sadly the surgeons forgot to demagnitise it and that is why the microphone stays stuck firmly to her chin. Luckily the microphone loses it's magnestism after the electricity is switched off so she is able to take the mike off when filming is over. Phew.
