Russia will permanently revert back to "winter time" this October, which means that Moscow and St Petersburg will only be 2 hours ahead of BST (and 1 hour ahead of CEST) in the summer of 2018.

So if the late matches start at 21:45 local time, we would have our familiar Champions League kick-off times.
Of the proposed venues, only Yekaterinburg seems to be in another time zone (now GMT+6, i.e. GMT+5 from October 2014, which is 4 hours ahead of BST).
I could imagine a schedule like this:
Group stage MD 1&2: 14:30 / 17:00 / 19:45 BST
Group stage MD 3: 16:00 / 19:45
Round of 16: 16:00 / 19:45
Quarter finals: 16:00 / 19:45
Semi Finals: 19:45
3rd Place: 19:45
Final: 19:00
