Have you tried running CCleaner from Piriform ?
See what happens when you use another browser |

I have the same problem. I'm also on BT Infinity. My actual download speeds seem ok it seems like it's finding it really hard to make an initial connection to a webpage. Sometimes I need to stop the page load and refresh in order to get it to load properly.
At first I though it was somebody else in the house hogging the bandwidth but it happens even if I'm the only person in the house. Tested on Safari and Chrome. |

Yes I've been having this issue recently when using my iPhone over WiFi and also couldn't load up the eShop on WiiU either and tried many resets of the HH5.
This morning I plugged the HH3 back in and so far no issues so at the moment am thinking this issue is with HH5. I will be contacting BT at some point today. |

Yes, on Infinity as well. Torrents download at full speed but web pages are taking an eternity to load on IE11 and even Chrome now, annoying.

What Home Hub is everyone else using?
I would be interested to know if it's only occurring on a certain home hub or whether that makes no difference. I'm at work at the mo so cannot check to see how my HH3 is performing since I swapped it over this morning. |

I have the latest Home Hub, it's really interminable having to refresh half loaded pages.

Unbelievable, just has the pleasure of a phone call from BT India because I filled in the form from the link above.
Tried to explain the situation, what I've done so far and that others naming this thread as having the same issue. All he kept saying was "Sorry Sir but we don't support iPhone". I proceeded to say to forget about the iPhone as others using different browsers on different devices are seeing issues loading web pages so it's not a specific iPhone problem, "Sorry Sir but we don't support iPhone" I then told him if he's not going to listen then there's no point in carrying on with the conversation and hung up. I then popped out to my car and when I came back there's an answer phone message "Hello sir we got disconnected, I'm trying to help you but we don't support iPhone" I'm not sure what's worse, talking to a machine that doesn't understand you or talking to an Indian call center that doesn't understand what they're being told. |

We on the BT Care Community forums think that the problem has now resolved itself.
See this. https://community.bt.com/t5/ADSL-Cop...318031#M220848 No point phoning BT India - as they will just have you unscrewing the faceplate and clearing the innocent cookies. And usually won't know anything about any systemic problems. |

It's exactly the same for me, it's been noticeable since the early weekend. Maybe it's just southern UK?
I'll email them later. |
