No scene of Marcus actually leaving and saying goodbye to people or did I blink and miss it?

So, they have no murder weapon?
Just Rob's metal pole but it's in his pants.

The bracelet doesn't but they've found traces of her blood in the outhouse due to Rob having stored the murder weapon there overnight. The blood combined with the bracelet having been found there gives the CPS enough circumstantial evidence to charge Peter.

Upon hearing Pe'er's being banged up abroad, you could imagine Kimono softly saying.....

Peeeeeeteer's in there...
Who's Kimono? Is it Mr "Do Something"?

I don't think you can get rid of all traces of finger prints that easily.

Surely even soapy water would get rid of most traces - fingerprints are only transferred skin oil after all - soapy water cleans oil of our skin. And don't forget they need a pretty good sample, even if only a partial, to get a reliable result.

I just think the stupid writers have forgotten that they had Deirdre saying she'd scrubbed the damn thing in the first place.

Possibly. I still don't know how they didn't find rob's prints on something in the flat - he wiped things down so quickly and haphazardly and at least he'd have to say why he'd been there.

It's all very odd.
If any finger prints were still there, then there would be Rob's, too.

The police should talk to Leanne - she said to Peter "you are capable of many things but murder is not one of them".

Still leaving. It was always down as a 'later this summer' exit.
Shame, I am probably one of the few who likes Dennis.

I believe that Dierdre did wash the bracelet after she found it and put it on the table (?) then Peter picked it up and put it on the sideboard.

I like Dennis; there could have been ongoing stories about the Tanner extended family.

There was a thread about wanting him to stay.

It was brilliant bringing him back, and then Blackburn "I love Corrie history" (yeah, right) gives him the axe... There's a whole world of stories to be exploited around Dennis. Why make him just a sponger???

Really? Well then that would be perfectly understandable since he lives there and couldn't even count as circumstantial evidence, let alone actual evidence could it?
