Lack Of Coverage Of Germany Parade / Celebration, any good links ?
Just put on Sky Sports News assuming they would have a good few minutes about German's parade etc...they haven't even mentioned it (talking about cricket and some footy transfers).
Earlier this morning they were following the build up of the crowds, etc, now nothing. I have seen a quick minute video on Guardian website, looks great really, fair play to the players they know how to celebrate. Any good links with more coverage ? |

I actually thought that if Germany finally win the World Cup the country would go NUTS and everything would stop for at least a few days (if not weeks). Everyone would be partying and drunk. But from what my dad told me, the next day it was pretty much business as usual and even the streets were cleared of the celebratory mess of the night before. Maybe they are still celebrating in Berlin though.
I'm sure Argentina would have gone absolutely crazy had they won. England is still celebrating ever since '66... |

Check out videos (above the line at top of page) of the celebration here, most are very brief, a couple are 5 or 6 minutes long, Might be much more put up in the next few days.

This is only 2m 20 secs but it is very well put together by a German television channel and gave me a good feel for the celebrations, accompanying article has some good images as well,

Didn't England have one after we reached the semis in 1990?
