It isn't Abi the actress just hyped herself up after everyone decided to be polite and act like she has a degree and honorary in acting. You would think she was the star lead of the show the way they go on.

I doubt even the scriptwriters know, regardless of what they say!

I think Peter, Ronnie, Les/Pam or Nick Cotton.

Peter, Tosh or Charlie, but it was not deliberate.

Why would they move her body to the Walford Commons if it was an accident?

I don't know and whilst i'm not saying I don't care (I do want to know in the long run and will be watching the reveal with avid interest) i'm not prepared to get invested in it as it is months until we'll find out and I don't want to give myself a headache examining everything in minute detail.

They said from the start that everybody would be involved and it would unfurl over a year so qed, every major (and most minor) characters will be a suspect at some stage. It won't become clear who the prime candidates are until the last couple of weeks I think and despite what they say, i'm not convinced they won't change their mind at the eleventh hour if real life circumstances (like an actor quitting as happened with Barbara windsor) get in the way. Also, I don't see how they can properly be seeding clues if the actor playing the killer doesn't know and even the majority of the writers don't know.

Nah. Tosh is aggressive. She was aggressive with Tina. Shirley told Tina that Tosh would end up killing her.

I think its a pointless exercise trying to guess who killed her - because the writers themselves haven't even decided who did it.

Isnt there some suggestion that the scriptwriters don't know yet themselves?

Whatever the situation the problem I have with this is that most human beings would have to be pretty callous cold and hard minded to have betrayed absolutely no hint of a connection to anyone-even of its just a case of them seeming to be not themselves. I cant say I watch religiously but are any of the main EE characters built like that? Emotional characters would find it hard to bottle things up-so its hard types like Phil Mitchell who would be in the frame imo. Otherwise its all gather together in the front room and let Miss Marple decide-or indeed that bloke from Death in Paradise

NB-if the killer hasn't been decided they cant lay any groundwork thus the eventual decision may seem unbelievable.

So you wanted it to all be wrapped up already? What would be the point in this storyline then?

It's either Aleks or Les in my opinion.

I don't know where people are getting the idea the writers don't know who the killer is when dtc said that they do know. 4 people know anyway. Dtc, the head of the bbc and 2 of the writers.

..............Abi hasn't stopped revising for 4 solid years now-not sure she would have found the time. Although I guess she could have bored her to death, panicked and dumped the body

I believe 3 people know - The EP and 2 of the storylines. The script writers don't know (though I imagine one of the 3 that does is tweeking the scripts to lay clues) and nor do the actors and this is my big issue with it as I agree that there should be some sign on screen and how can a writer or actor 'seed' it if they don't know. So, everybody has to play potentially guilty as well as grieving.

I thought it was 2 of the storylines rather than scriptwriters. There are more than 2 of them and they can't all know so they can't be writing clues properly though as I say, I would hope one of the people that do know are editing the scripts to reflect certain things.

The point of it ? Every storyline does not have to last 7 months to have a point . Yes , i would prefer to know after a short few weeks as it happens

You're right. The story liners and dtc and the head of the bbc. The billy stuff has been done very well so I definitely think they are editing the scripts.

Dtc said beforehand the storyline would last until next year so it's not like you didn't know in advance.

Yes but this kind of storyline should last a long time rather than a couple of weeks. If it all happened and then was forgotten, it'd be a terrible storyline.

I didn't say you couldn't have. Personally I like a long running storyline like this but I understand not everyone does
