By being honest I mean if she has a problem with anyone she says it to their face rather than bitching behind backs. She has told Ash her closet friend about her being an escort I,m not sure about anyone else

All the housemates seem to have secrets about their real lives they would rather not share in the house. BB does seem to be building Helen up in a positive way and protecting her from too much negative editing - I think as Matthew has suggested since leaving the house. Perhaps she has powerful connections putting pressure on BB producers or they want to show her as having redeeming qualities - so she appears like BB's Tracy Beaker. The new housemates seem to be helping in this task.

As for honesty, Helen will only be what she considers honest if it serves her. Anything that could affect her status, or power, will be avoided or lied about.

I don't think they revealed much about Danielle, to be honest. After all, she appeared in the documentary of her own volition, and it is about webcam girls, it was on C5 this week.
She has told them all she is a glamour model, she swears like a trooper quite often and has admitted to participating in sexual acts (if not THE act itself) ... if they all can't put two and two together then they are pretty thick really.
Helen has told several people about her past.
ETA: I thought the Kimberly part was much more interesting - and embarrassing for Kim.

Agree. Wouldn't be surprised if there was something in Helen's contract about not mentioning her past, which would be a total disgrace, and hypocrisy of the highest order, when you think about how Danielle has been treated on BBOTs and the like.

How many times does this have to be said, there is a court injunction on that (not made by Helen), if they break it then they break the law and will get sued. It's nothing to do with them protecting Helen, they're protecting themselves !

Yes, but there is no injunction to stop any discussion of her as a prostitute, indeed she has done so herself on This Morning. Discussing that fact wouldn't be right in itself, but then discussing other housemates pasts, while hushing up the past of someone with, by far, the most salacious backstory, is not in any way equitable.
I understand they would be fearful about opening the floodgates here, but to then treat other housemates in an entirely different way, whilst protecting someone who has sold stories, for example, isn't right.

Agree. As I understood it, there was only one injunction in place, in reference to a particular client of Helen's who could not be mentioned. That is all.

Maybe they're waiting for her to mention it herself, I believe she's told them she was an escort, we saw her mention that to Steven the other night, and we know she's told Ash about the story but mentioned no names, she made a thing of saying, I can't tell you when he asked who it was, then she repeated it saying, no I really CAN'T tell you.

I don't agree. Helen has hardly been open and honest with the house. Danielle has done glamour work, but what people seem to take exception to is she has religious beliefs, and doesn't believe in sex before marriage. Nothing to say she either doesn't go to church, or that she has been lying on her belief about no sex before marriage.
I'm also not sure I would agree that Helen, as a former prostitute, and someone who has sold stories about it for cash, would be considered by many in a positive light. I certainly don't consider that something to look up to, do you?
