I cooked a whole chicken in the slow cooker, now I'm wondering if there is anything useful I can do with the juices that are left behind. I normally just chuck it.

Genius, which fruit goes best with chicken?

I don't really use stock, just wondered if there was any other thing I could do with it.

If you use it in soup or stew then it would be acting like a stock.

Same if with risotto, curry or anything like that.

If there is too much of it you can freeze it.

Since there's likely to be a fair bit of fat in the juices, I'd chill them, then peel off the top layer of fat and (if you're doing risotto) use that for frying, then add the remaining juices to the stock.

I put the bones and any scraps back in with some water, seasoning, veg. making bone broth, then make a stew or casserole with the broth. or just drink it as it is

If you prefer it really tasty, then dont skim off the fat.
