They said they need to consider that we dislike Steven and don't like them two together. If one of them does go, I swear I won't complain again this series

Seconded

Both haven't really been tested by the public vote as the housemates always seem to have bigger targets. I really hope Stephen goes.

I'm so excited now! If Steven goes then all is forgiven. Kim going would be my second choice though, so as long it's one of the two I'll be pleased.

They won't boot Steven and Pav is too timid to make a forceful case that evicting him would gain brownie points from the public

I don't know he seems to be bringing Zoe round and Bianca just gets confused after a couple of sentences and agrees with whatever. I hope they do get shot of him.

I was rooting for Pav when he was considering Steven as a possible option - I hope he sticks to that come Friday and manages to persuade the other two as well.

Though I was disappointed in him and Zoe for believing that Mark is universally loved outside the house - on BOTS he is, but (while he's got some support online), he's definitely not one of the favourites. If I was in their position I'd pick Mark or Winston - people they think are sure-fire winners - just to mess with their heads.

But Mark IS one of the favourites and one of the most likely to win . He's actually the bookies favourite as well currently I believe .

I don't think it will happen sadly - they've also mentioned being worried about upsetting that group, I'll think they'll go with one of the easy targets

I like the fact that they at least seem to be concentrating on splitting up "the group that shall not be named" and staying away from the others. Whether that will last though is still open to question. They will go native at some point and forget what they knew on the outside.

It would be a shame if Pav managed to sway everyone towards booting Steven and then got kicked out himself.

I am not holding my breath but I have got ever thing crossed they pick Stephen

It makes sense to evict a popular housemate if they are playing the game. It means it increases their chances of winning by eliminating competition. I'd boot Mark or Winston.

If it was a personal choice though; bye bye Steven.

Pav also said if they evicted steven it would affect helen so they may target someone close to helen either steven or ash maybe

It doesn't increase their chance of winning as the public will turn against them if they evict a favourite. So in the end it doesn't help them at all.

It will be kim im sure for a couple of reasons

1.they know it would not provoke as bad a reaction from the housemates as stephen going

2.They know it would gain them favor with the public

3.Zoe says they have not spoken and Pav named her as most insincere today in a task

They said that they don't want to upset the main group as well.
Saying that to gain favour with most of the house will give them less chance of being nominated next week.

Of course.
It was obvious.

This is your Armageddon. Just the same house dynamic as it was before. But with even more people wanting to be at the heart of the main group.

Interestingly Pav has considered playing it differently. That in order to do well they have to break apart the main group and create fractures.

If they pick a popular HM, the newbies will be disliked by the group who shall not be named; however, the public will like this & it could give them a better chance of winning (in their eyes). Lets live in hope that Steven goes on Friday

I agree it will be Kim as well for the reasons you stated. Still I'm a little surprised they've not even brought up Ashleigh. Yes, she does have fans, on this forum especially, but she had people who dislike her as well, and she's been very open about wanting to leave. Why not evict her and get no blood on their hands?

Yep, having checked the betting odds, you're right - he is one of the favourites to win. But betting odds don't necessarily translate to actual popular support though.

Gauging the online reactions to him (whilst acknowledging that that doesn't necessarily represent the audience as a whole), I don't think that he is as popular as BOTS would have you believe. I've seen plenty of comments along the same lines as that tweet about him in tonight's task all over social media. He is seen as fake and contrived by a lot of people, and not in a good way. I was challenging their assertion that he is universally loved - he most definitely isn't, and I'd argue that people like Chris, Ashleigh and Christopher have a lot more popular support than he does. Whether that translates into votes come the final (whoever out of them is in it), we just don't know...
