In that Pillow Talk pre-nup chat, he said something like 'I know you're a property heiress back home....' Wouldn't it be a hoot if they wed each thinking the other was rich and then realised they were better suited than expected, both being self-aggrandising fakes??

Another trait which is employed by Americans more than the Brits, is unless you are Beverly Hills Rich with a holiday home in the Hamptons, you class your self as skint.

I am sure she has made sure she has paid off her law degree & will view the wage she will get if she does pupillage as pocket money.

TBH I don't think Kim will / would have cared if Steve had 1 million or £1, but she is going to feel right mugged off & lied too when she finds out the truth.

The balance sheet summaries also say nothing about how much salary is drawn. It would be feasible (although unlikely) that the company makes a huge amount of money and it is all withdrawn. of course it is also possible he has a profitable unincorporated business which won't show up at Companies House. He could even be as rich as Gina!! The long and the short of it is that the summary figures prove nowt.

Company assets and personal wealth are not remotely the same thing. He might, for example, have money tied up in personal property. Homes in Bushy can easily top £1m in value.

You people are clearly jealous of Steven's unsurpassed business acumen and massive wealth

Kimberly is heading for a life of luxury, private jets and a massive fireworks display in her honour that even her former employer Heffner would be impressed by.

So can a lot of peoples homes - doesn't really make them millionaires as such though. At a guess - my home and businesses add up to around a million pounds - I certainly don't class myself as a millionaire. A friend of mine recently sold her house in Stanmore (next to Bushey but more upmarket) for over a million - she moved to France - bought a house and lives a modest life. She is not a millionaire either.

It's stretching it to be adding up all your assets to prove what you're worth. I suspect if Steven does have properties (which I've no reason to doubt) he has large mortgages on them - in theory they probably still belong to the bank.

Fair point - without access to the full accounts we don't really know how they are doing.

In context, though, dissolving a company almost every single year since the age of 16, living in his parents' home and alluding to the "bankrupsy" (what a wordsmith he is) and dining on beans on toast that would result from throwing his mum a party, doesn't really indicate much diverted cash, and others' comments on his property portfolio suggest there isn't any money of which to speak there. From the interior of his offices, it looks very 'shoestring' (especially for someone who professes to be an interior designer, of sorts), and advertising jobs and property on Twitter in his particular brand of illiterate geezer nonsense makes it all look very ropey.

ETA: To be fair, he did find money to spend on liposuction, but that might have been the reason whatever particular unsuccessful company he was in charge of at the time went under.

It's easy to imagine him at a very portly 45, belly hanging over his belt, sweating under his slightly tight suit, selling real estate. That's the reality check for a deluded boy who still lives with his mum and dad. He's nothing but a spoilt child given a hand in dodging the tax man through clever accounting and a small property portfolio.

I thought I'd heard somewhere, perhaps on opening night, that he has a portfolio of five (?) properties. If he did that would bring in a goodish income.

Why is none of this information revealed on BOTTS, they enjoy rubbing it in Danielle's face every chance they get, is it because they have crawled up mummy's arse.....

Not if they are mortgaged and, if they are Buy To Let mortgages, they will most likely be interest only so it's not likely he's even paying off any of the capital.

Totally agree!
