I can't think of any other HM that has been evicted without facing the public vote.
I know Jonathan in BB7 was chosen by Aisleyne, but was he even a HM?

Marlon faced the vote in previous weeks before he was evicted.

I think that the public voted as normal, and then the two with the most votes (Makosi and Vanessa) had to be chosen between by the rest of the house.
I think Gos faced the vote, but no one was at his eviction because of a bomb scare.

That was a similar situation to Makosi and Vanessa
The public voted as normal and the the HMs had to choose between the two HMs with the most votes... in this case Lynne and Jade. All of them voted to evict Lynne

Was Kinga definitely classed as a housemate? I thought Makosi was choosing which two were to become official HMs.

I that's a bit too specific as a statistic. If enough qualifications are added, every HM is an only something. That Marlon faced the vote some other time doesn't make his eviction any more reasonable.

If it means evicted without ever facing the vote at any time while they were a housemate, then we don't even need what happened when it was Makosi vs Vanessa, because Vanessa was up along with everyone else in week 2.
