I think that when people refer to a showmance they don't mean that it's a romance on a show, they mean it's a romance just for show.
Yes it's created for the duration of the show and ends when the show does, or for BB peeps, when no magazines are longer interested in paying for their stories.

I think the term "showmance", gets thrown about too much, when it comes to Big Brother. It's like the word "bully".

Literally, every time two people are together in a romantic way, it is considered as a showmance.

I really cant tell which one is which.

Were Winston and Tamara a showmance?
I thought they really liked eachother, she met his mum.

Were Charlie and Dexter a showmance?
I think they are still together.
I found Callum's feelings towards her, more genuine though.
The only thing I did not get, is that Dexter liked Hazel at first, and then switched to Charlie.

Maybe the only way to tell is to wait for a given number of years after the series is over and see if they are still together. Grace and Mikey?

I agree with you completely whenever people do BB they can never fall for someone without it being a showmance .Winston and Tamara was not a showmance IMO they really liked each other you could tell, and by the way she was acting on twitter and BBOTS. Charlie and Dexter im not 100 % on them i think Charlie did like him but was confused about him being sincere and they did date for 6 months but has ended now
