I've used (squeamish men look away) various hippy alternatives to tampons, including sponges that you push up there and then .. surprise ... actually retrieve. I've never used one of those plastic baby prevention devices - the cap I think they call it - but I have to presume that women that use those are also able to retrieve them as necessary.

Does Bianca have a Black Hole down there, sucking in all things? On consideration, where are all those men she claims to have slept with? Are they in an alternate universe now, or should she go to A&E in order to get them retrieved also?
