To be fair on Steven (God knows why I would be...) if his company is mainly a business-to-business specialist to the decorating/building trade, that's a totally typical website.

B-2-B websites do not use the conventions of retail sites, because it's essentially only a portal for another company to get their stock brochure. I know many multi-billion pound wholesalers in this country with similar websites.

I don't think he is mainly business to business. The blurb reads (badly) as an installation service for individuals.
