I was wondering that if he hasn't been seen anywhere, it may be stretching the boundaries of believably I know, that he perhaps hasn't been evicted for real?
The public didn't vote, so technically they could put him right back in there if they wanted to.

I don't get how his eviction was unfair?
Nowhere in the rules or housemates contracts does it state that a crowd has to be present .
Big Brother is an entertainment show that relies on twists and turns to keep it entertaining. You just need to look at the series gone by to see that Big Brother isn't fair.
I think it will go exactly as planned... 1 New Housemate evicted in a Public vote and then the remaining 2 new Housemates choose which original Housemate to evict.
