Well if you apply that logic to the other scenarios then the only real murderers are Nick, Ronnie and Stacey since Ben didnt mean to kill Heather (it was an accident) and Ryan technically didnt murder Rob because Rob drowned.
Anyway the title says "Killer's Club" not "murderer's club" and Phil did
kill that man whether intentional or not.
