I don't know if they will get called into the DR or have to do it in front of all the HMs in same room. either way all the HMs will know it's not a public vote.

I doubt they 'nominate' anyone in the normal sense of the word. I would expect them to have to agree on one housemate being evicted....similar to how the girls had to agree on which of the guys they were saving. I don't think a nomination will happen as we know it, either face to face or otherwise!
