Whilst we're waiting, I have a question for you Steve. I noticed you didn't answer who you think should be fired, and in evaluations you have previously also attempted to dodge that question. I get that you want to come across well but this game does require you to be critical of others at times in order to succeed. Can you answer me honestly now, who you think deserves to be fired in this boardroom?

Okay, well I'll make my first decision based on that.

Roxie, although the result may not have gone the way you wanted I still feel you did a good job in this task. The evaluations of you as a PM were unanimously positive and I was impressed with the amount of dedication and passion you put into this task, and whilst I did have issues with the end product I think the standard of work you completed was generally good. I will say that you did come across as a bit stubborn in this boardroom and at times a bit combative, I get that you were passionate about the product and saw faults in some of the criticisms but this is not exactly the best tactic to take in the boardroom, and is especially a bit pointless considering a decision has been reached and it's better to except failure. Despite this, your defence is good and clearly shows how passionate you are about this, and I do feel you did a good job in this task overall and are a strong candidate.

Ok, well Emma doesn't appear to be here so I'll sum this up now.

Steve, you appeared promising in Week 1 but I think you've faded back into the background a bit since. I feel like the contribution you make is significantly less than others and many candidates have shown themselves to be stronger than you in many areas. I do feel you have potential to improve on this, but should you stay based on what you've shown so far?

Emma, your evaluation was not especially detailed and you have not made a defence so I'm not really sure what to go on. From what I gather your contribution this task was the logo, and whilst that was actually praised by a few viewers, it wasn't exactly the most vital contribution to this task. I do kind of feel like you're a bit out of your depth here and there are several candidates stronger than you...

Unfortunately, you have not given me anything to show why I should keep you in this competition. Even if you had written a defence, it is likely the decision would have still been the same. I don't feel that you've shown the level of skill that other candidates have and I feel that this is the right place in the competition for you to leave. Thank you for taking part, but I cannot take you any further.

Steve, I really hope you take this opportunity to make more of a stamp on this competition - you do have potential but it's frustrating as I do feel you're standing back and not showing everything you have. I want to see a lot more from you next task, you may leave the boardroom.
