yeah they could...and if that who they want to vote out they should...and if what we have seen is correct she was one of 2 likely to go.....it isn't fair on the other 2..weather she is really sick or not.
It's not a fix just because she left the house for treatment of an illness. It's not the first time these types of things have happened and it won't be the last. Heck, Pauline left this series for a burn. It feels a bit like a witch hunt at this point. Kim could save a bus full of orphans and people would find a way to make her the bad guy.

I don't think people are blaming Kim so much as blaming the BB producers.
It's just so incredibly convenient, they've run a hatchet job on Danielle all week, her and Kimberly were the two that seemed most likely to go and suddenly Kim's immune. I don't want to say fix but god, it's hard not to.
