Are HMs given the rules anymore?

I remember during the C4 days, the quieter or more reserved housemates would often be seen reading the rules. Are they not given them anymore? Isn't that slightly unfair, to both the bully and the bullied?!

Not like those days, in fact I think they stopped publishing a rule book for the hm's whilst it was still on Channel 4!

I find that so strange. It would literally cost less than £50 to print them, and 1 minute to put them in the house!

Well they don't publish them because there aren't any rules anymore. The only rule that applies to BB these days is about bullying & fighting, everything else is fair game!!
