Sadly, none.

I watch via YT. Some watch live in the early hours using hackery voodoo (or something called a proxy something or other ). I'm hoping to find a way of watching/downloading the full show (on the ABC equivalent of iPlayer) via some magical formula offered to me via pm .

Well, whether he's in or not, I've never heard of him . Only person from the list who I have a scintilla of recognition for is Lea (and I had to be told she was the one in Back to the Future). So a clean slate for all of them, I suppose .....

I heard of his brother Chord who is on Glee. Here of 5 of the lineup which isn't bad for dwts the last few seasons have been more recognisable tho.

I've usually heard of a couple stars on DWTS each series.. I only know Alfonso because he was on I'm a Celebrity..

It's no secret that some of the older contestants don't cope very well with the physicality of DWTS but given that Betsey Johnson is still turning cartwheels and doing the splits at her fashion shows, I'm not worried about her! I think she'll be quite fun to watch - although, hopefully as OTT as Julien Macdonald was on Strictly!

Holy cow - I sort of discounted Betsey as being an early boot after seeing the cast...but wow...that's beyond impressive at 72!

That's her trademark at her fashion shows. She's been doing that for a long time - and still doing it at 72! I couldn't do that at 12, so there's no way I'd be able to do it at 72!

She said she started doing that after she got cancer. Wanted to remind herself she wasn't dead yet.

Can't argue with that reasoning. Such a positive attitude is inspirational.

Can already tell you that Lolo Jones will be very controversial.

She is the popular girl of the media, who never quite made it (and with an interesting life story). Oh, and she is very religious (Christian).

Tommy Chong and Betsey Johnson are arguably both fairly huge international figures.

Although to be fair, Chong's work since Cheech & Chong was probably rarely to never seen outside of the US (except maybe for "That 70s Show). But Cheech & Chong movies were humongous hits in every country in the world where they weren't banned.

Betsey Johnson's fame, I suppose, is an odd one. I have no idea why the press releases are calling her an "activist" as a career, when she is in fact a well known fashion designer. I suppose her goods may not be as internationally distributed as people like Michael Kors or Steve Madden or Kate Spade or Marc Jacobs, but she's generally part of that same crowd in terms of being a "brand".


This has GOT to be an age thing, I guess. At one point, not knowing Cheech & Chong would probably be like not knowing who Jimi Hendrix was. And if you don't know who he is, then I give up, I guess! (this is a deliberate comparison with Hendrix, because he and Cheech & Chong were part of the same subculture, even if one was a musician and the others a comedy team)
