Hi, I am really struggling here, I bought a Bush smart tv (cheap) I am loving it, I use Netflix and I player a lot so I downloaded the smart remote for my ipad so that I could use more, ie youtube, spotify, facebook etc without have to use the tv remote for typing....the reviews said it was great for this reason, however I cannot get the keyboard thingy to work, all other features do.

I have spent time googling but with no avail, and there are no instructions with this app

I am probably being really thick here but really need help
