Not enough evidence for her to be considered possibly guilty, so you can think of her as not guilty. If her wrong doing was so terrible and not seemingly fabricated by a snake reporter, there would still be a case.

The presumption of innocence means that the burden of proof lies with the prosecution not with the defendant. So innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.

Guilty or not guilty she's still a disgraceful human being. IMO
