Will Helen ever stfu and stop trying to control everyone? Most of her group wanted Ashleigh to go to the party but of course she had to have one up on Ashleigh so she started undermining the guys and talking irrelevant babble 'She's at all the parties (err so is Ash). Then she spouts nonsense that Ash would pick Mark (lets be honest she would probably glare at him until he chooses her and Stephen/Winston) so he'll pick her 'good friend' Ash. Don't even start me on their bedroom antics after she made comments about Kim and Stephen. Nasty, overbearing hypocrite

She is a vile human being.

She is an unedifying example of a slightly mentally challenged Northern lass, who squeezes her personality brutally to give the illusion of intelligence.

Alongside that, she typifies the school bully who groomed her hareem in such a way as to carry out her bidding at the flick of a finger or the nod of a head.

All the while she is able to fool those in power. An expert manipulator of those beneath and above herself with her charisma.

How on earth did she get a pass to the final? Using all her powers, she had already conned Pauline without even trying.

Some might say an amazing housemate, others might think an unpleasant specimen of humanity or indeed, anywhere between those 2 points..

Come on what's not to like? she tells it like it is, except when she doesn't.
She doesn't talk behind people's backs except when she does.
She's always right (no exception)
She spots all her (many) faults in others.

Everyone else is two faced as they don't want a confrontation every time something contrary pops into their head.

And if she talks behind people's backs it's ok because she would say it to their face so it's not bitching (my personal favourite)

And as we saw from tonight, she also feels entitled to do nothing whilst everyone else cleans up (her mess) around her.

What's not to like...

Helen seems to be gaining fans every week, they will forgive her everything no matter what she does.

haha brilliant, yes

My personal favourite is she's being true to herself.

Should we go around congratulating murderers for being true to themselves then? Helen being confrontational, argumentative, manipulative and intimidating isn't exactly something to be proud of

Good for Helen, why invite Ashleigh?

She is a miserable twerp.

Helen is more friendly with Ash.

Ashleigh picked her friend for the PHM i dont see people moaning about that.

A Helen fan responded to me last night with 'Well that's your opinion'. Thanks for pointing that out, that is indeed my opinion, I'm not in the habit of voicing my aunt Edith's opinion

Despite being most things I hate in a person I do actually think that in comparison to some of the other HM's she does have some redeeming features and, although I have not watched last nights BB as yet, I think that wanting your mate to attend a party you are going to is pretty natural isn't it. I've said it before and I'll say it again, there are plenty of reasons to dislike Helen but the ones being mentioned of late, I feel, are a bit weak.

It wasn't up to Helen to pick!..

Apart from Helen, who else in that group was she not friendly with?

There's a massive difference, Ashleigh had the sole decision, Helen was supposed to be making a group decision, most of her group wanted Ashleigh and Zoe, she then manipulated Mark into picking Ash instead by saying rubbish like 'Let's pick people who don't get to go to parties', in that case why didn't she tell them to pick Pav?

I think your missing the point that EVEYONE (you like caps) else was saying Ashleigh should go, but there was one voice of dissent.

So obviously you think phew thank god we live in a democracy and the many won out over the one...

I would agree if it had been up to Helen and only Helen to decide who to attend the party. But it wasn't, it was a group decision which she manipulated when she saw that it wasn't going her way (Everyone bar her and Steven was in favour or Ashleigh attending the party)

I notced that Helen started following Ash around, playing with his hair and giving him signals as soon as his attentions were on the new girls

There is no difference, Helen wanted her friend to go to the party, Ashleigh wanted her friend to be a PHM.

It wasn't just up to Helen to decide though? Helen went against the wishes of most of her group to get her way, as for Ash, it wasn't a case of wanting Ash at the party, more not wanting Ashleigh to get an invite

So that amounts to three vs two then. let's not overegg the pudding here.

I've got no problem at all with Helen arguing for who she wanted at the party. why would I? that would be an incredibly childish and petty thing to do, just because I didn't agree with the choice. And if people have a problem with the fact that Helen got her way over the 'majority', well, erm...have a go at the majority for allowing her to get her way. But then, that doesn't fit the agenda either, does it, not when the beloved Chris was among their number - at least in person if not in spirit. I noticed Mark and Winston calling for Ashleigh, but not a whimper from Chris. He seemed more content to watch Helen get her way just so as he could have a royal whinge about her getting her way behind her back.

I also didn't notice many people attacking Helen here having a go at Ashleigh for trying to ensure Ash was on the eviction ticket a few weeks back, despite being in the minority. Indeed, people thought it was great that she got her own way there.

EVERYONE ??

Mark original said - ' Zoe and Pav'

Steven said - ' But Mark she doesnt like drinking' .. Winston says .. 'Yea thats true'

Steven says - ' Yea Ash and Zoe'

Winston says - ' If its not Ash then it should be Ashleigh'

Winston says - ' I think Zoe and Ash'
Steven says - ' I think Zoe and Ash'

Steven says ' It is a party'

Sorry but i dont think it is just Helen to blame ... Winston, Helen and Steven wanted Ash at the party and Mark didnt take much persuading. Helen is just louder in voicing her opinion.
