Exactly, I have had good male friends in the past but many people have such closed minds that they cannot accept that a male and female can have a good platonic friendship. Sad really.

This term 'creep' is a bit too personal. Doesn't come across to me like a personality attack shall we say. think that word is going too far.

The way BB described the video is a bit weird. Suggesting something with no merit. Almost encouraging these kind of threads/comments/discussions about it. So frankly OP i don't blame you. BB invited people to see it this way.

Now this is bothering. flirting or not doesn't bother me. He is hardly Ashleigh' type plus unlike some would never cheat on her long term boyfriend on BB whether it was Chris or her dream man.
Alienating some of his fans there however, me included. As much as i personally like like Chris , he is my type he seems to be aiming a bit high with 'pretty' girls. Guess he is like most men after all , what can you do. You may be picking up on something. If good looking 'fit' men say things like that they get slagged off by women. rightly so but when guys that most women wouldn't say are attractive like Chris say things like this no one says anything. ummm
Unless we all personally know Chris or spend time with him we can never gauge if he is 'creepy' etc. His friends/family know the real Chris. One video isn't changing my mind & he is still better than most housemates left.
Also to add to this. Looked on facebook & most seem to agree it is just friendly & think BB are a bit out of order suggesting otherwise.

I could go on. Of the 138 comments on the status - 15 are not positive. And of them most are unrelated to the video.
A few other people picking up on mainly helen supporters funnily enough using nasty terms like 'fat' , 'snake' & 'creepy' , 'Creepy little Hobbit' which is nasty & many on there agree.
It actually shocks me how popular he is over there. Facebook doesn't represent the whole of BB voters i am aware however it does spread over to twitter , here & other BB fansites also. But there are so many people moaning about Helen yet are saying some disgusting things about chris.
Creepy Chris in particular is vile , and they think helen is a bully. Need to look in the mirror i think.

There was an interesting speech thing he did in that video.
Everytime he said "prettiest" he dropped the "t's", and it was noticeable because he repeated the word so much.
It would be interesting to know why as it was quite an affectation.
Tony Blair used to do it to get down with the people, but this was more specific to that word.
IMO he knows full well that he shouldn't be carrying on like this(focusing on looks) because it does put him at the level of Winston/Ash and he's aping the speech patterns to distance himself from what he's doing.

Christopher winning might satisfy the most people & cause the least aggro i should think.
But you should see Facebook. Attacks are getting past being personal about housemate including the way they look to being about posters themselves.
Helen's army of fans seem to be vocal on there more so than on DS where i haven't come across many. They are apparently the ones behind arguments on there.

Just as others post comments about their dislike/anger/amusement on HM's people have posted their 'distaste' for Chris.
He's not done too much till now - been cowering in the shadows - finally he's made a little speech and some people find it a bit cringey.

He is not flirting with her at all! He is just sharing with her how close he feels to her and likes her. I think it is rather sweet.
