I know some of the early channel 4 housemates made a good career for themselves after BB, and there are dozens of blog posts and magazine articles about C4 housemates after BB.

I was wondering what happened to previous C5 housemates after BB? I never hear anything of them.

I'm sure WebCam girls can account for half of them.

Sara (BB13), was in some dead end TV show, on E4, a few months ago. I forgot what it was called.

If she's getting roles in TV Shows, that's pretty good.


I'm not sure if he counts, but Rylan has done pretty well from CBB, more so than X Factor, he actually got a job, on the show, after his CBB stint.


Housemates don't really get famous, after BB anymore.
They're lucky to get a few thousand twitter follows, after they leave.

I don't understand why they go in. Nikki Grahame went in BB7 when it was still super popular, and she works for an agency (and even then struggles to get work) and has said she's having to move to France!

Thats how it should be, they just fade back into obscurity

Non-celeb Ch 5 BB housemates don't generate any media interest. They don't even seem to get the glamour offers that pretty girls used to get, in the days when every petrol station had a pile of "Big Brother girls" videos. Desperately fame-hungry ex housemates like Sallie are reduced to trying to pick fights with more famous people on twitter, presumably hoping that they will collar a BBOTS appearance by being seen as 'controversial' and earn the three and a half pence they pay panel members.

Hazel is back doing the darts on Sky and is going out with a Premier League footballer. Callum seemed to have a lot of club appearances last year.

So in short, some of them pick up a few measly scraps of the showbiz world but there's nothing in it anymore for a fame seeker.

Rylan and Luisa are the bog successes of the c5 era but they became celebs through other shows.
