Tonight events are a fix, yesterday's events was great news.

The outrage once again over tonight's events are unbelievable.

Let's go back to yesterday.

There was a poll on the BB app titled 'If the power returned to the house, who would you vote PHM?'. I knew nothing of this poll and i am sure many more thousands didn't either. The reason was because it was nothing, it was just little bit of fun for the fans who have the BB app. A what if poll.

What happened next was that i found out that Ashleigh was PHM because of the public vote apparently. I didn't understand how she was a PHM if there was no public vote to begin with. Then i find out it was that poll that decided it. Yes, that same what if poll that was never once announced was going to be what decided who the next PHM would be. It was not announced on the main show, BBBOTS, Twitter or Facebook. Why is that ? it's because it was never going to be what decided who the next PHM was. The clue is in the title 'IF the power was to return'. The IF word is the main word here.

They clearly changed the meaning of the poll because Ashleigh led the poll. Where were the cries for fix over this ? where was the outrage ? there was hardly any. The only thread that pointed out how dodgy this all was, was made by me.

Now we have tonight's events. Ashleigh is now up for eviction and everyone is shouting "FIX" again. It makes no sense. People are outraged over this, but are perfectly fine with how they made Ashleigh PHM in the first place. Well i'm sorry but you can't have it both ways. You can't be happy when something good happens to your fave through dodgy circumstances and then use the fix excuse when they mess around again. You should either have a problem with it all together or not at all, not when it suits you best.

I'm not having a go by the way, i hate twists like this too, but i hate them no matter who it is aimed at. I'm just pointing out that it's hard to take anyone seriously when there is such double standards.

I agree with you this year's big brother is being made up as it goes along, I didn't know about the poll on the internet but just thought I missed it as I record big brother and never bother watching as the credits roll.

On the BB highlight show it's self tonight , they said Ashleigh was voted PHM by the public. And some people here have said they voted too , it happened. People aren't saying fix much that i've seen. More just that Ashleigh was promised to be immune in the control room , and that BB seem insistent on sticking to nothing they say bar Helens pass shi* of course.

ALERT: SegaGamer has shockingly discovered that BB fans want only good things for their favourites.

Also Emma didn't know Kim wasn't coming back she found out on twitter, Rylan didn't know Ashleigh was up for eviction that's how much they are making it up on the spot they dont even have time to tell the presenters.

The whole twist this week has been a shambles and that goes for when it favoured Ashleigh and now when it doesn't.

But they shouldn't even care about that, if they don't care how about the dodgy circumstances which made her a PHM, then they can't complain about this.

They changed the meaning of the poll without telling anyone.
And now they have decided to go back on their word and Ashleigh is no longer immune.

It's all unfair and it is annoying how much they have done things like this throughout the seires. But they will never take any fan seriously if they react negatively when it is against their fave, and then act positively when it is for their fave.

If you think that is what the thread is all about then you need to read it through again.

BB fans are pissed off at the series as a whole. I think tonight's circumstances are just the icing on the cake.
Regarding the app.. I didn't actually see the poll but I have seen others and they're always used for fun and never have an effect on the house unless stated.
Because BB saw that Aishleigh topped the poll, they saw it as their window to bring her down.
I also noticed last week on the app/online a story about Aishleigh called "EXPOSED - Aishleigh blah, blah" .... When BB use the word exposed it sets negative thoughts into readers heads. The girl was not "exposed" as a cheat/liar/bitch etc.

The girl has been "EXPLOITED" ..... Shame on BB

What I read was a load of pointless nonsense.

Expecting fans of a TV show in which the entire premise is about choosing favourite housemates and actively rooting against others, to be entirely unbiased towards the events in the house that are affecting said housemates, is a waste of time.

As for the rest, all the people who voted Ashleigh in this poll would also have voted for her in one that was worded "Who do you want as this week's power housemate?" regardless. Who else do you think would have won if it had been worded differently, Steven? You're the only person I've seen anywhere that has a huge problem with the poll situation.

Ashleigh fans all over here, Twitter, Facebook and Youtube seemed to be loving what was going on yesterday.

It's just people on here taking it too seriously. As i've said before its just a trashy gameshow. If a trashy (my opinion) winner such as Helen wins then so be it. It wont affect my life and wont make me upset.

I'm not too worried as i think Ashleigh will be okay. And she's coming across well with how she handled the power and accepted her fate for nomination.

Read the thread i made yesterday then, there were people on there complaining.

And of course most people are not going to have a problem with the poll, most of the forum are Ashleigh and Chris fans. This is my point entirely. A fix when it is against your fave, good news when it is for your fave.

I'm not just talking about the forum, nor just Ashleigh and Chris fans. There are a considerable number of Helen and Ash fans for example on Facebook and I've not seen any of them ranting about the wording of the poll in the manner that you have.

I really think you should let it go..

I would imagine they make up quite a lot on the spot. I seriously doubt it's all written out/signed and sealed from the start ...............it's called being pro active.

Not saying I'm in favour of it but I suppose it keeps it fresh and relevant.

It was a fix anyway to make everyone hate Ashleigh only 1 person was not up after she picked her 3 team mates, they may have well put the hole house up and made her save 4 and can't choose herself.

They would have made up the rules after the poll.

I was surprised Ashleigh's fans were so happy yesterday that she got the power, after the mess she made of it the last time.

At least some viewers had a say in who a PHM was going to be. That hasn't always been the case has it? So it's hardly a surprise when people then feel it was all a bit too tenuous.
