Not sure what job you work in but I am expected to know all things going on. A presenter of a programme not knowing what is going on? How often do you see or hear that? If I were the front presenter of any TV programme I would be livid.

Hasn't Davina said, that on the day Channel 4 axed it.

She was the second person told after, Phil Edgar Jones and before anybody else

She's the whole face of the show, you think they wouldn't have notified Davina about a twist? She probably would have been one of the first people to find out.

The presenter of the show should absolutely know everything. It's disrespectful of the producers to not notify her.

I'm not sure that publicly embarrassing her bosses, and exposing the total lack of communication between them, the producers and presenters is all that wise or indeed professional tbh.

Oh dear.

If you are the face of something, anything, then you should know absolouley everything going on with the show like Davina and Dermot o' Leary did otherwise you undermine that process and to find out on Twitter is quite embarrassing for a professional so she has every right to know and that goes for any job you work in. I wouldn't want to find out my employer planned something then Twitter tells me. How would you feel bud?

wow, well in my family tree of sub depts i had 10 different ops in 3 countries.. do you think i knew everything? macro not micro management is a skill.

but, in this case... are you really sure what you replied to me saying doesnt suggest to you logically that it would be very very unlikely they would know it all? she is a very busy person as is rylan with several things going on at once... thats why they have agents and PA etc..

Back in the Channel 4 days, Dermot would have known fairly early on

twitter is not being in the face of everything, she is just like us a fan when she isnt working and she wasnt working when that tweet was sent out.

Are you comparing Big Brother in Borhamwood, Hertfordshire to something in 3 different countries. IAN LEE HAH HA laugh loudly.

Wha'? Who said Twitter was the face? Emma Willis is the face of Big Brother, like Davina would be in the photo shoots with the new eye. This is defined as the face of a brand/company/TV programme.

Why would she worry about being being totally unprofessional?

I can't quite believe that's a serious question.

Rather than speak to her bosses, she publicly demonstrates a total lack of communication between then all and a staggering lack of knowledge about what is going on, on the very show she presents.

So this is what that poster meant when they told me to leave the forum on Friday night when I said I wasn't going to watch anymore. They said the forum would have more positive posts from people who continued to watch and enjoy the show. Pah! There's nothing to continue watching for guys. They do everything to pee off the viewers.

And now that Viacom seem to be wanting to ditch the show they're probably thinking "stuff it, we can do what we want, we don't need the viewers anymore!" And you're all sticking by it even though it obviously frustrates the majority of you so much on an ongoing basis.

Towards the end of the channel 4 era it became glaringly obvious that Davina didn't even watch the show nevermind knowing 'absolouley everything going on'.

Glad you ignored it. Some people fear the loss of BB so much that they will settle for this tat, the weakest, most dire parody of the show. So if anyone comes on here saying "isn't this rubbish?" they want to sweep them off the forum. It's a right game of Emperor's New Clothes, both here and on screen.

Anyway, I think Emma's tweet revealing she didn't know what was going on was probably one of those "deliberate accidents". A sort of.

Well considering she's the Host and basically the face of the programme I thought it would priority for her to know. She's known about other twists to do with the show before they have happened but not this one .

Erm...she knew imo. It's just a "OMG whats happening?' device to get you to talk about the twist within a twist on Twitter - i.e promotion.

Wonder if Emma will make more comments tonight, maybe she won't tie the party line with Kim

no, i am answering your question, that seemed to compare BB to nothing relevant and expected paid presenters to be 24/7 when they, as you should know, are presenters of various shows and events and so not ever going to be what you weirdly thought they were.
