There are a lot of threads here complaining about the current series. Because I read them it makes me think that the current series is bad. But if I'd never read any of them, I'm not sure what I'd think.

Sure the twists are frustrating, but maybe they're exciting, too. Maybe I'd like them if the idea hadn't been put into my head that this is the worst BB ever.

I'm not complaining about DS. It's just something that occurred to me. I wonder what other things I read have shifted my opinion that I otherwise would have happily stuck to.

I feel like this too! I feel like I am too easily swayed by the people of DS.

I don't think I get caught up in the hysteria and paranoia here very much. Generally I don't have a high opinion of humans' ability to reason and make judgements without succumbing to bias.

So much so I'm probably more likely to be contrarily influenced by a forum like this i.e. if the general mood is one of negativity I may actually look too hard to find the positives. I have to watch out for that.

I'll post what I think regardless of whether it agrees with popular opinion or not. Saying that though, regarding some issues, I don't have a solid opinion, or simply don't care enough, so people can sway me with what they post because my opinion on it is not black or white or set in stone.

Now there's an idea OP, in this claim culture of ours at the moment, could we possibly sue Channel 5 for messing with our heads? Any lawyers on the forum?

I am still enjoying the show, regardless of all the interfering from BB and biased edits etc... I don't allow any opinions from here influence my enjoyment of the show either.

I suspect - as I have in the past - that there are paid BB shills on this site.

I was thinking the same thing this morning. Although, I remember thinking last year's BB was great and really enjoyed the characters. But this year I don't feel that same attachment to the housemates. I think I'm just watching this series now because it's a habit.

I imagine BB Producers having a right good laugh over a coffee every morning before they start the day! No morning papers for them, just a good laugh to make their day!!

For me, I have my own views. I feel exasperated sometimes (often?! ) by this place though. DS does not mess with my head in the slightest, but sometimes it messes with my emotions. *drama*
