I don't know why they'd want to save Steven now thought, his storyline ended with Kimberly leaving. By reversing the nominees I'd say Ash was likely to go and I don't think they'd want that since Helen and Ash are now their romance story, although it would ensure the departure of a male housemate and keep the three remaining girls safe.
When the lines open they could reverse the whole thing and put the original ones numbers up and not tell them!
It wouldn't suprise me if they are now thinking of a way of Steven as he was meant to get saved in the first twist .

They don't need to save Helen she's already save
They will open them once tv viewers have seen it. There are people out there who haven't got a clue what happened with Ashleigh yet.

Presumably the public audience wont find out who is up until tonight's programme so the lines might open then
BOTS is prerecorded on a tuesday so the twist wouldn't have happened in time for them to open voting lines on the show. They'll open them after highlights show tonight once viewers have all the info about the twists and turns
This happens every week, voting lines don't open untl the finalised nominations have been televised. They will open after the show tonight
