Can someone explain what was so all powerful this week re the PHM?

So the House was basically told that the PHM would have power never seen before in the house and going beyond the power that had gone before. Did I miss something?because from my perspective it was no different to week 2, or 3 and less powerful than week one or any of the other weeks for that matter

This week, the PH was able to choose the other two PH, which has never happened before.

Bur more than that, one should never believe anyone who says anything is the "most _____ than ever before." That's all just hype, and we should all know it.
