yes, that is true and interesting. I am almost sure Anna would have won if it hadn't been for that one dinner-table conversation.”

Me too. She's still one of my favourite HMs ever, and possibly one of the handful I'd want to be friends with.

Thing is, people rewrite history with Craig describing him as a decent, working class hero. But I remember him as also being bitchy and laddish about some of the women. Plus he was very close with Nick until that fateful day.

I thought Darren and Anna handled the confrontation well but history only remembers Craig's part. It seemed to give him a halo effect from that point on.

Agree on Craig getting way too much credit for the situation.
He was all too happy when the target was someone he disliked like Caroline (he seemed to have a thing against strong-minded independent women with a bit of fire about them). But when other names started being dragged into Nick's game (like his own) that was when he took offence. He now also wanted to distance himself as far away from Nick as possible to escape any blame.

Deena gloating about Luke S losing fifty grand. Makosi and her "pregnancy scare" Nadia going off the handle at every turn in ultimate big brother. Victor been a moron to (shell?) Nicki overacting her tantrum. Sam turning on Corin.”

I had forgotten about that last one.
I was ready to dislike Sam as soon as he entered but then he won me over by not being quite as childish as I feared. But then hiding Corin's make-up bag (I think) unfortunately put an end to that positive feeling. The whole segment was just so tedious, draining and seemed to go on forever.

For me it's Terry Christian who was heavy favourite in his CBB till his comment on "The type of people who vote on this show"

Quality HM who blew it in a moment of stupidity so Ulrika ended up winning.

What about everyone else?”

Freddie first and Wolfie second.

Didn't he also threaten to throw it over the wall??

Yes I completely agree on that one. Craig spent most of the time asleep if I remember but the Nick confrontation won it for him.

I think so.
It almost seemed like the boredom had finally got to him and he had snapped.

Sad thing for Corin is that it didn't make her look very good either. She was just running about the house mouthing off. That voice went right through me.
I did feel sorry for her though.

I think by that time he was residing up John James and Josie's backsides

Wasn't Sam on a task set by BB when he had to hide Corin's stuff?

I seem to remember that, didn't he dress like a ninja as well or was that another task?

I am not defending Sam but I think he was led down a road by BB ( he went too far I agree ) because they did not want him as a winner and he was leading the polls at the time.

Same with Gina she didn't like Hazel at all but she was bribed with lots of stuff even conversations with her boyfriend if she was mean.

They kept offering Gina lots of treats and Gina didn't disappoint BB she targeted Hazel in the task and made people feel sorry for her.

Gina was a fool for falling for it but she was incredibly self centred and a bit stupid in some ways.

I think Nadia would have still won but think Victor was the only one who had a chance to push her all the way.

My recollection of that was when Corin came back, she said that Nathan wasn't happy and added, "they're going to need to have security. He didn't say that, but they probably will need to." She did exaggerate a bit, but that was just her. I don't think she did it to make him nervous. Corin was just a bit of an OTT character who was on the whole, a nice, genuine person.

But I don't think Corin would have won anyway because of all the JJJ fans and also, Corin had had more than one disageement with John James and anyone that had argued with him or disliked him were evcited.

And in tonight's show saying that he wouldn't have got so close to Christopher if Matthew hadn't been voted out.. That was so tactless and thoughtless. Christopher looked crushed

When Siavash (BB10) started acting crazy and annoying. He had the public's sympathy after Noirin went back with her boyfriend and he ruined his chances of winning.

When the person who is being bullied stops acting like a victim: Jale, Deana BB13 and Halfwit BB10

I never understood why people thought it was an overreaction to be upset because someone pulled your trousers off. Who cares if she is a playboy model. Denise meant it as a joke but the girl didn't find it funny so Denise should have just apologized.

Also, he was very unpopular with most of the Hms because he slept so much,. He was perceived as very lazy. I think he was up for eviction nearly every week. It was only the confrontation with Nick that got him the win.

that and the fact that on the outside it became public knowledge that his main reason for going in was to win the money for his friend Joanne to have an operation, although to be fair he didn't mention that at all in the house, at the time no one expected that there was the potential for any money to be made by appearing in the show other than the prize money.

It is interesting that so many people have fond memories of Anna, I didn't like her, I thought she was patronising at times, and she was the first to go into the diary room and say she wanted to leave, then to repeat it to the other housemates when predictably they all persuaded her to stay, I was never convinced that she was genuine.

They just pitched it wrong for a UK series, though there is no reason why they would have known that. We don't like our housemates to storm into the diary room and demand a lawyer, even when a prank has gone too far.

yeah, she wasn't my favourite either. Nothing about her that I didn't particularly like, just that she was a bit ordinary. My favourites were Darren and Mel. I thought Mel was villified for no reason at all. She was the first person to be booed on leaving the house and I can remember feeling bad for her. Little did we know how horrible the eviction crowd would become..................

PS - did the public know about his friend Joanne? I don't remember knowing about it until he actually won. Wouldn't it be deemed as manipulating the vote if people outside knew why he'd gone in?
