Obviously they showed him in the shower, with the drawn on appendage to show how he's seen/treated in the house: he's seen as someone you'd find it funny to draw that on and not let 'em know about it.... I'm sure it was done in a jokey way - I'm not saying it's awful, but they do see him as.. a bit of a joke?
