Anyone else suspicious about her friend Kate on tonight's BBBOTS? She was very articulate and knew all the answers. Mind, I'm sure she is Helen's bosom friend, because BB wouldn't lie would they?

It is so mean, she really has got control of that house. She is nearly taking over Carol BB8 position but not quite.
The hms are scared to sneeze in front of her.

Helen can do whatever she wants in her own house. Who's going to stop her?

I think from the reaction of the other three housemates she was doing it in a way to protect Christopher from getting wound up and worried about it and making the situation worse. None of them seemed to think she was doing it to be controlling. I think she was being controlling, she can't seem to help herself, I don't think it was intentional, but I do think there is some growth their as she didn't lose it and shout, she did take some time tonight to listen to the others.

I'll be honest here. What is it that they're not to tell?

I think the gist of it was 'They're playing a game, they know what they're doing'

Will someone please explain to me a. What is so terrible about that? and b. What the Hell does it matter if they find out that is what's been said?

Have I missed the point completely here? I must confess to only half watching tonight but - what is it that they're trying to keep quiet?

It's all a bit DRAMATIC isn't it?

They're all playing a bloody game - it's called Big Brother!

I wasn't suspicious in the slightest

why would they make a friend up? Hasn't Helen got any friends or something?

I think what's more interesting is how Ashleigh and Chris are meek and compliant to Helen. Does this not contradict the personae of them played out on these forums?

In fairness, chris seemed to respect her for it.
But Helen told him it was to protect Christopher! He thought she was actually showing sympathy for him, little realizing her true intent was to divide and conquer.

Who was saying to Christopher on the hls "I'll be brutally honest with you .. It was a choice between me and you" or wtte ?

Seems they don't want Christopher to know how much the ex hms like him for some strange reason.

You are right. I have come to understand her true intent now.

Because Christopher has a tendency to just let things out from what a few of them had said ,and after what Danielle and Matthew said about Pav and Zoe ,which they all seem to believe ,helen doesn't want the Newbies to know they're on to them
Mark has proved to be the most untrustworthy one to blab.

It isn't OK.......but if they had snitched, like dear cheeky chappie Mark.......then they would have looked as disloyal as he is........

I liked the way Helen was soooooo concerned for Christopher's feelings , seeing that she was one of the HMs making his life a misery in the beginning......

Who does she think she is? Ah I forgot. BB's fave tabloid queen, that's who, and she knows it.

This wasn't for Christopher's benefit or protection at all - I'm shocked that anyone has even entertained this idea as Helens motive.

Helen had just received the shock news that the newbies had a "game plan" / Zoe was sucking up to her and was a snake in the grass / Pav was sitting on the sidelines plotting (& perving) - she saw this as an opportunity to circle the wagons and unite the two 'camps' against the newbies and didn't trust Christopher to comply so he's on the outside.

"He's a f'in nightmare" ... "they can't know that we know what people have said"

Originals versus Newbies + Christopher.

...and now for my obligatory Chris slagging ... off he tootles to the Diary Room and has a little weep about how they've grown and how he feels proud to be around these people ... how astonishing Ashleigh is (and Mark) and how much he likes this Helen. FFS - pass the sick bucket - all the originals did was hatch a plan to exclude Pav, Zoe and Christopher from outside information meaning that Pav and Zoe don't have the opportunity to defend themselves and Christopher can't make his own informed decisions about what's been said.

Nope nope nope! Now I KNOW people are just paranoid!! I know the woman who spoke on BBBOTS last night (Kate), and she is most definitely one of Helens most trusted friends!!

I think everyone needs to lay off Helen, she hasn't done anything wrong for ages and HM's are NOT scared of her!!

Channel 5 needs to rename this show 'Big Helen' as basically they have allowed her to both run and ruin this series big time

Pathetic!
Her, Ash and Steve have most definitely ruined it for me this year, they seem to think they are invinsible and have god given rights that no one else should have. They are protected by BB and it's like that scheming bully of a woman also has some control over whoever is in charge of production. The sad thing is that through Helen's behaviour, the BB experience of most of the other housemates have been ruined. How can that be fair?

Have you heard the saying, anything for a quiet life. Who would want to ignite the blue touch paper? She has intimidated them all.

In other words she is doing exactly what was predicted and pretty much the same as every BB when newbies have been put in.

Just Helen's a bit more up front and probably feeling a bit embarrassed about not acting sooner.

The "not telling Christopher" meh, you don't tell the weak link anything in times of war, "loose lips cost ships".

When the zombie apocalypse happens, I am so going to make sure Helen's on my team.

Chris, not worth the time of day, would feed him to the zombies in a heartbeat.

That's the way I saw it. And it was Steven who said - it was between you and me.

After that, Helen told everyone to be quiet about stuff. I don't know if she just meant Pav and Zoe aren't to get told all the details, but it seemed to include not putting Christopher out of his misery too. All very confusing.

I will say whatever I like, thank you. She's a b*tch and a half with the morals of an alley cat - not that I wish to insult alley cats. She's made too many people unhappy and ruined their experience, I detest her and people like her.

Confused the heck outta me as the newbies know pretty much everything said so seems no point to leave 1 HM out of it all.

It's not so confusing, the basics are that whatever Helen says or does is to benefit herself and her 2 lap dogs. Simples.

I have to laugh at the notion of Helen not wanting to hurt Christopher's feelings. Wasn't it only a few days ago that she told him in front of the others in no uncertain terms that she wouldn't save him?

I know that is so laughable. That's a new level of spin.
