How great would it be if he won I for one would be delighted.
I said on the Christopher appreciation thread it would be so great seeing all the housemates leave one by one until he's announced the winner.

Is anyone else REALLY disappointed in Mark? Even if he doesn't want a relationship in the house, he has still told Christopher that he is is 'bezzie mate'. Yet, it was Ashleigh and Chris who were arguing to save Christopher. He would have put him up if it had been down to him.

It makes me support Christopher more. It's like they've all decided he's the 'pathetic' one so they all treat him as such. Kind of says to me, if anyone was his real mate, they wouldn't go along with that. But all want to march or pretend they all march to the same band (Helen and Co's band) so hey let Chrisopher get treated like crap. It says more about the people who call him his friend than him imo.

Mark just wants to be popular at all costs.

I think Christopher is one of those people you occasionally meet in life who's very sweet but irrationally irritates. A bit like the runt of the litter. Maybe he goes on a bit, maybe he's a bit too intense, maybe they find him weak, or a bit needy.

Not me though. I want him to win. He sticks up for what's right but not agressively and seems to look for the best in people.

I have to wonder whether there wasn't just an element of relief involved for Chris, Ashleigh and Mark, they probably thought Helen was going to go off on one and instead was quiet and calm, they were probably in a state of shock and just relieved she wasn't having a go at them

I also think that, as some people have said above, Chris and Ashleigh especially already showed their loyalty to Christopher by not nominating him, although not once did they seem to consider him for PHM either. It is possible to be friends with a person and still understand that there are aspects or two to their personality that may not be perfect. I can only imagine that Christopher doesn't like ALL aspects of Chris or Ashleigh's personalities either, but likes them overall.

With regard to Mark, he's under some kind of spell unfortunately.

Pretty sure they did consider him for the alliance but were worried it would make it too obvious who the PHMs were. Not a great reason in the end when they were all revealed by BB in that stupid twist anyway.

Probably worked out well for him - he and Winston have probably come out best in this whole sorry mess!

Zoe will also get the sympathy vote - not that she was in any danger really. Possibly Pav too will benefit now that the ex HMs have more or less said it was just sour grapes or based on the vids - and who amongst them didn't have ridiculous VTs?

I like him but he really is a spineless fool. He needs to stand up for himself. He lets them walk all over him.

Really gone off Ashleigh tonight. I hope Christopher wins, the only genuine housemate in there.

I'm not. I always saw him as a shallow, fake, attention-seeking, self-centred empty vessel.

I think there is malice in it if they don't feel like they can trust him, especially his closest friends in there, and especially when he has proven that he can be trusted.
Stop twisting things to suit your agenda, It comes off as an anti Ashleigh and Chris post yet again.

Yet it was HELEN who said "don't tell Christopher", why your making it look like Ashleigh and Chris as the bad guys im not sure, Well I am but...... If he wants to know, im sure they will tell him. It's really not a big deal though, If it was... im sure Christopher would say something, right?

I just don't get it.

You have Helen on his back saying not to tell Christopher anything and then we have 2 people who are supposed to be close to him ( Chris and Ashleigh ) agreeing with her

It's always Christopher who get's put down by these HM's. Can't they take it that he is a normal guy or something ?
Because he makes people feel uncomfortable

Partly he's a scapegoat for other people's issues because he's genuinely nice.

Partly, it's because he openly analyses things to death, and Helen doesn't want to hear Christopher's voice blabbing away constantly.
He stood up to Helish and she can't mold him too her will either and we all know the girly-boy crews motto death before defy Helish! No Christopher thinks for himself and is a nice guy.
Also he may not have a Mr Universe exterior like the girly-boys but he has more balls than the lot of them.

I suppose it makes sense, he is the only nice one of the group after all and they can't handle it. Being nice must be hard for them all to take.

I've bin readin me tea-leaves this mornin...

Christopher is due a powerful solo story-line before the final and I can see BB giving him (as Power Housemate) the opportunity to remove Helen's pass in time for the last eviction before the final! - it would probably be a case of giving up his immunity (you know the gift that comes with being Power Housemate) for hers ... and he'd do it ... The Mouse That Roared!

But maybe even funnier would be to give him the choice of that or taking Mark's 5 grand away and him choosing Mark's money.
