I'm an Ashleigh/Christopher fan.

I don't actually mind Ash. There was just the one instance. where he threatened to destroy someone for arguing with Helen and it was the manner in which he said it before backtracking that i thought was a bit intimidating. That put me off him for a long time, however i actually have found the guy to be quite likeable for weeks now.

That being said i have no idea what he see's in Helen at all. He must like loud, agressive and foul mouthed women lol.

I've been saying for weeks that Ash was nowhere as bad as Ashleigh and many on here were making out. A bit of a plonker at times, but most of the time he seemed laid-back and easy enough to get on with. Ashleigh on the other hand seemed terribly black and white in her opinions, and instead of seeing the more rounded picture, fixated on the negatives. At least where the likes of Ash and Winston were concerned.

Well if you take her at face value now, it seems she's suddenly come round to seeing Ash as not being so bad after all. On Tuesday night's HLs both Chris and her were saying they had recently grown to like him. Maybe she's finally showing some signs of growing up (though that could be wishful thinking on my part). Maybe she could learn from this not to be so harsh, judgemental and condemnatory of people, and instead make more of an effort to get to know them and form a more balanced perspective.

However it does make you wonder where it leaves all the people who were praising her for hating Ash, saying she was quite right since he was absolutely horrid and no wonder she was so determined to get him out the house. Well it seems she now feels she was wrong about him.

It also makes you wonder who the heck is left to comprise Chris's 'nastiest bunch of housemates ever' (last Friday night's HLs), given that he now seems to think that Ash is alright. Is it just Helen and Steven? But can 2 people really comprise a 'bunch'?

It was COWARDLY.”

Best Post Ever, summed up, its not the Helen Beliebers versus Ashleighs its just those 3 tryed to save their behinds from nominations next week, this will be evident next week, they wont be nominated

You could see tonight that when she was talking to Ash, she mentioned how they had a meaningful conversation, they both looked teary eyed after it was mentioned, so it clearly meant a lot to both of them.... We don't get to see everything that goes on, Ashleigh and Ash I think have been getting on for a while now, they seem to have got on well since the Task with the raft where they were on the same team... The reason they don't speak as much will be due to him always being around Helen, or maybe BB just doesn't want us to see them talking to suit the storyline of the show.

Well....when you put it that way

This forum is so funny. When Ashleigh isn't 'pals' with the cool gang she gets knocked and told to mix, then when she mixes she is still knocked and called 2 faced whatever. Pathetic.

There's desperation in the anti-Ashleighs at the moment, just sit back and enjoy.

Where's the contradiction?

It's Ashleigh fans that have constantly posted that she doesn't mix because the other HM are so bad.

Some of us have been saying for ages that she just prefers the bitching in corners, first Toya, then Danielle, now Chris.

But then that doesn't suit the victim label that has been wrongly placed on her. To justify Ashleigh's behavior, the other HM must be demonised.

I think it's far more upsetting for Ashleigh fans to find out that apparently she now likes Ash, a lot of the rest of us have liked him for some time.

Helen would have made a great military leader; in fact, she should maybe consider it as a career option.

She demands subservience and, in BB at least, she gets it. Why, do you think?

I think she set her stall out very early on by demonstrating to everyone in the house how she would behave with those who displeased her. She always did this, in the early days and weeks, with a maximum audience. She would then fortify the social delineations by making sure that those who pleased her got repeated instalments of propoganda against those who had displeased her. She would brook no disagreement and made this very clear - also from early on.

The housemates en masse had two choices, acquiesce or suffer social exclusion and, potentially, her wrath. The wrath could be reined in after a time because the social structure was solid. Also, the warnings from BB meant that she had to ease up. But the scaffolding was firmly in place.

Helen is very socially adept in a very negative way. There are many people like her in this world and I don't wish her ill - I just pity those who become enmeshed in her web.

It's the same 5/6 people all day long. The funniest part of it, for me, is when they call her dull and boring................. yet spend most of their time on here posting about her.......

Really? I cant imagine many if any Ashleigh fans getting upset, but thanks for your concern and I'm sure if there are any they'll get over it fairly quickly.

I cant help but think your 'a lot' is really just a few.

I know, it is bizarre, and they just can't see it.
Oh well, perhaps it's kinder to pity than scorn them

i've changed my mind about people in my life, haven't we all? what's the big deal if ashleigh feels differently about ash now? you don't get along with someone once and then you have to dislike them forever or else you're an arse-licker?

Slowly but indeed surely, as is being proven with one current thread, the mask is slipping from Ashleighs fans...

They only like or in this case liked Ashleigh because she was against Helen.
