I think everyone knew she would be too savvy to come out tonight and say, "phew......lucky escape!" when she spoke about Stephen......that would be admitting that she got it wrong or played it wrong whichever way you look at it.

But I still don't think for a minute she actually likes Steven! It's really the most bizarre thing. She's either as weird as he is and therefore maybe she's well suited and they can both stroke each other's.............erm, .egos!

If she is just playing along with this for the sake of column inches and she's not really into him, (who would be?!) she's running with the wrong story. She could still make a mint with the wronged woman line.............so the only conclusion I can come to is she's either a) equally insane as Steven,
b) a submissive
or c) planning on running with both stories and milking this and Steven (if you pardon the pun!) for all they are worth!

She's only in it to help get him that Green Card to the US. She'll be gone then!!

It's all a mystery that I wish I hadn't wasted my time witnessing. Abhorrent springs to mind.

ah, but this way she can do the "lurve" story.... followed by the big wedding....

and then the even bigger break-up

they'll milk it for all it's worth.

I think she'll find that her teats dry up pretty quickly.

Her first words to him will be "What was the prenup for? You've got f*** all!"

I'm with option C. This way she can do a Jasmine Waltz and double the column space. Sell her love story, then sell the break up.

It could be a whole lot simpler.

“If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, it's a duck!”

Problem is it does a lot of quacking, but it sure doesn't look like a duck.

There's no chemistry, there's no emotion, there's only the image of Kim rolling her eyes and grimacing and the sound of Steven whispering for her to 'open it'

Not my idea of true love and romance. But I'm sure we will soon see.

Absolutely, and by the time they've worked out whether there is a chemistry between them, we'll all have moved on, and could not care less

I know for one thing, any magazine cover they are on or newspaper, I will not buy as I am not interested in it one bit. It was bad enough to watch on the TV each night without having to read about it. Plus they don't need the money from magazine deals they can live off Steven's interest

As long as people are buying all the papers and magazines which carry these ridiculous cartoon stories people like Kim and Steven will be rubbing their hands together and laughing all the way to the bank. It's what PR gurus are for. Stop buying the stuff, people!

This exchange from a 2009 DS forum gives good examples: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showt...php?p=36942560

Money. That's the answer.
Magazine deals interviews etc... then when interest is lost in them as a couple there will be kiss and tell stories to follow. Kerching...!

I suppose she chose the love story route to get her story in the magazines, after they dry up she can get her knockers out for nuts and talk about life post-Steven

The same idiots who write the scripts probably write the storylines for the tabloids. But we are ungrateful so and so's. According to Willis, we were lucky enough to get the world wide exclusive. Apparently the whole world is waiting with baited breath to listen to the pile of poop we heard last night.
