Hi guys,

Just a quick question, a few times videos have been put on YouTube/C5 website then taken off. Does this tend to result in said clip not being included on HL show or is it not necessarily the case?

I ask as I've managed to track down the video of Helen crying and saying she didnt say something which she did, that was previously on YouTube/C5 so wondering if that means its unlikely to be televised

Sometimes they take them down and re-host them because they don't like the comments.

The one in which Helen played a joke on someone I think got some dirty pants and put them on their pillow wasn't showed on HL's.

But then again theres a lot of the youtube clips aren't on HL's there is only so much room on there.

Ok yea I've noticed but I'm referring specifically to ones that were once on YouTube but taken off!
Jus thought someone may have noticed a pattern but it seems like me, you have no clue

Sometimes they take them off and re-edit them. For example the twist and Mark's explanation to Ash, Helen and Steven re nominations were online in full earlier in the day and as a fan (with some spare time) I was lucky enough to see them in full. By the time they made the HLs show Mark in particular had been edited to edit out some very blatant lies he told, such as he said that when he was called to the diary room to give Ash's name as the nominated Hm he was shaking and crying. We saw in the clip him do this and he was NOT doing either. Fans who only saw the HLs would therefore be led to think poor little Mark whereas people who had seen the clip would know it was an out and out lie.

I had quite liked Mark; thought he was playing up to the cameras, had tried some of the "good" ticks of diary room rants, tantrums, stood up for underdogs in arguments and was a possible winner. For me, the way he explained the nominations (prior to the edit) to the so called cool kids made him go right down in my estimation and may have brought about his own downfall.

Aaah ok thanks jilly and I'm inclined to agree with you about Mark. Although he's obviously playing up to cams he is genuinely funny regardless but just hated the way he crumbled post reveal, in the past he has stood up for others even against the cool kids but lost a lot of respect for him last night.

Anyway thanks for that
