Two "under the bus"s already, roll eyes. You wait ages for a bus, and then...
![]() ![]() I know! Its been a while since anyone was thrown under a bus, I thought the local transport authority had re-routed around the studios to reduce their accident figures.

Steven deciding that Ash could escape (how magnanimous of our Stevo
)........was only Steven showing his gentlemanly, kindly, caring, loving, loyal......blah de blimmin blah side.........his latest attempt at showing us what a wonderful human being he is.......But in the diary room Zoe said Steve 1st said to save her. I watched the show but I don't remember him doing that. Anything that has to do with Ash being up for eviction is going to anger Helen. It wouldn't surprise me if she had suggested they nominated themselves before betraying their good friend to all humanity Ash. Even Pav did not take it very well and he was put up 3rd. Wasn't he the one who commented that it was ironic that they saved Ashleigh last week |

Good thread to come home to after an afternoon of jazz and vino. The tone on the forum yesterday was one of "The sky fell in" most perplexing.
I like this irreverent sense of proportion better.

We put Steven up because No.10 is waiting, election in May.
We put Ash up because Gary Barlow wants his voice back. We put Pav up because look at him, he's probably a terrorist. We put Zoe up because Susan Boyle wants her face back. |

From what I read on a thread earlier about what Ashleigh said in diary room, seems She explained why She put up Ash, also why She did not want to put up Winston and why She did not want to put up Christopher, thought there were 3 of them, in the Alliance

They should have said 'we were told we needed to vote people, so we did, and if you were in our position, which you are when we vote... then you should understand, but you all have such entitlement issues and are too stupid to bloody get it'

I've quite enjoyed the 'under the bus' theme this year. You look at someone the wrong way- they're under the bus. You dare to nominate someone when you're obliged to nominate someone, yup, those big old bus wheels are crushing some poor sod yet again.
Seeing as you rolled your eyes, someone's bound to take offence and, well you know what they'll do to you.. If you hear the rumble of a heavy goods type vehicle approaching. RUN! ![]() Right I've said too much already. There's serial killer bus drivers about. You ain't seen me right? I do enjoy reading your posts.

I would have said:
We picked you, Steven, because you remind us of Fred West and simply cannot sleep at night with you in the house. We picked you, Ash, because you are an angry, greasy, one-dimensional bore . Lyrically, of course. We picked you, Pav, because we only just noticed you and thought you were an intruder. Security are on their way. We picked you, Zoe, because you are the sort that breaks into song and dance over the slightest thing and are no less annoying than the imaginary love child of Lionel Blair and Bonnie Langford. Anybody for a cup of tea? ![]() ![]() ![]() You could of added at the end of each reason " And because we couldn't pick the nutter that is Helen as she has suppressed everyone's personality leaving us to just give up and count the days". |

The thing was Chris and Ashleigh did tell Stephen, that basically they like everyone else better than him, but more subtle. But because he thinks he's so fab and amazing, it just couldn't compute with him.
They really did need to keep it simple with 'we don't like you' and walked away and that would've saved them from the Stephen, me me me chat after! |
