She said that she'd consider someone having sex in the house to be a tramp. Then she remembered that she knew a couple of people who had done exactly that and attempted to take the sting out of it somewhat by saying that it "sounds really bad".

The context was fine.

I still don't think she was calling Kim a tramp, but was speaking in general that the public would perceive any female who had sex in the house as a tramp. She has actually mentioned this on a few occasions, but not the tramp part of it.

My view on the post:-

The "tramps" comment was in the afternoon, the day after she snogged Ash. She was completely sober.

is that she heard the quote which implied she called Kim a tramp and knew she had not called Kim a tramp so was outraged about a lie.

I only remember that she was lying in bed next to Ash. I don't remember the time of day (I thought it was morning) and she was sober. She basically said she was embarrassed about her antics with Ash the night before and that if she was a viewer seeing that she would consider herself a tramp. Then realised that must surely mean she thought Kim was a tramp for having sex with Steven so made some comment about how that was different for whatever reason.

BB cut out the first half of the convo, did quote what she said, but made it sound like she was calling Kim a tramp. That is not what happened. I can't recall every word of every conversation I have so I dare say all that happened for Helen was, BB quotes her as calling Kim a tramp and Helen knows she did not say that. Then BB tell her she did so she has to wrack her brain to imagine what possible context it must have been in and can only imagine she must have been joking. But in fact she was right in the first place. She never called anyone other than herself a tramp.

She was talking in general about how she perceived having sex in the house. Then she remembered Kimberly and Steven and said "that sounds really bad because they did it", and then reaffirmed that that's how she felt.

It was clear and unambiguous.

Thanks for clarifying. That's how I see it too.

I'm not disagreeing with what was actually said, but agree with the context in AurelieJolie's post above especially BB's playback of the clip and why she initially denied saying it.

I have to go back on what I said earlier regarding the context of the message.

It is quite clear, having just rewatched it, that context was everything where the 'tramp' comment was concerned.
Yes, she did say it, but not it the way reading it out made it sound.

As someone who detests Helen I find it quite irritating that, when they do expose her as someone who talks behind people's backs (just like pretty much everyone else), they messed it up in the telling.

You have been very gracious about clarifying your comments and admitting that she had said a word you initially thought BB had incorrectly added.
I think that has gone a very long way to seeing that a thread filled with disagreement has kept pretty civil.

I have no problem with Helen's opinion of Kimberly, but it would have been nicer of her to say it to her face rather than whispering it behind her back.

Can this thread at least be the end of all the conspiracy theories that BB have been trying to make Helen look good?

The truth is the exact opposite.
