What exactly did Steven say after 'that little shit in a hoodie'? I couldn't decipher the actual threat even though I replayed the scene about three times!

Vitriol and threat is expressed by the tone and the context. The exact same words could be in jest or what you suggest. However in this context and because of his tone.
I reiterate: It was VERY VITRIOLIC and THREATENING.
