What do 2014 TV remote controls look like?

I was interested to see what (if any) changes have been made to TV remotes over the last 10 years. Suprisingly images of the remotes do not appear in the magazine reviews. Google search got me some very basic analogue looking ones (maybe replacement ones stripped of features).

So are they easy to work compared with older ones or has the style not changed much? I'm thinking of mid range TV of about 32-36" (£500-ish).

My TV has not broken yet so I'm not after a new one but I used to fix remotes for a living in a previous life so was wondering what they are like nowadays. I got good at popping them open using an old debit card.

Look for manuals on manufacturers websites - that's what I'd do.

Still have the usual suspects: numbers, volume, chan +/- Standby, mute, EPG Guide, various text buttons.

Some might have apps, interactive and catchup services.
