Am I the only person who finds the friendship/pairing of Matthew and Toya surprising?
Toya demands to be listened to. When she is speaking, which is quite a lot, she expects the world to fall silent and to listen. She can interrupt but woe betide anyone who interrupts her. Some of what she says is sound enough but the delivery is unreasonable.
From what we have seen of Matthew's character I am surprised he tolerates this. I would have expected him to find her behaviour in this respect as unacceptable as does Helen's behaviour.
Yet there appears to be some sort of meeting of minds.
