To be perfectly honest I believe that BB Producers hvent clue what they are doing and make it up as they go along.

They are clampitts and urgently require their P45's

how could they choose her if she was immune ?

When BB asked the nominated HM's which one to swap his voice was first and loudest with Ashleigh.

Steven chose Ashleigh believing she is the only one of the two that would go ahead of him.

If Ashleigh had not been told she was immune, would she have chosen different house mates for the power alliance and different house mates to be up?

I don't really think it would have made much difference - then again I can't be bothered to go through the logistics and the strategy she might have employed.

How would it have differed do you think?

She was voted by the public and told by BB she was immune. Chris and Mark were not.

It all seemed like a ploy to save Steven since Zoe is Steven's no1 fan and Ash may very well have agreed to save Steve too

I think you've hit the nail on the head, Ashleigh is very popular and well liked. BB needs to make money. Steven, Ash and the other two don't have much of a fan base if any, who is going to pick up the phone for them?

It's why they haven't revoked Helen's pass, as soon as it gets to the final and people can vote to get rid they will do. BB is doing all they can to piss off their viewers by making it all seem so unfair because that unfairness is exactly what makes people spend cash.

There really wasn't much room to manoeuvre, but if she suspected that a member of the power alliance could be nominated she might have brought Pav in for a chance of not being put up.

They did the exact same stuff when Aaron was in the house, continually set stuff up to make things unfair for him because he had a massive fanbase. We're all being played

The female BB voice last week did say "no one is safe" so that's their get-out for the Ashleigh twist.
Of course, taken literally it would mean that Helen could be nominated...

No that reasoning is lost on me. I was commenting on the twist and the fact that Ashleigh was up because of the loss of immunity. I did say, that would the same outrage be expressed if it was one of the other two up. Reading some of the replies on here it is no surprise that warfare breaks out regularly. No one reads anything properly.

But big brother lies to them all the time.
The night Marlon got evicted was a lie!
The whole of the last series was based on lies!!!

And aren't people calling for Helen's pass to the final to be taken away?
Won't that be a lie to Helen as she 'was told' she had a pass to the final, so why are people calling for it to happen if they are so against BB lying to the housemates?
Surely this should apply to all housemates not just Ashleigh

It should of applied to Ashleigh and Chris and Mark. It's very rare BB tell people there not up for eviction this week then change it that's the point. Ok to tell a smaller number of people this then change it that is rare. Obviously they've done big twists and things before involving bigger numbers.

No it's not, they have always done it!

This twist is nearly as old as the show itself.

Doesn't matter, I was annoyed Marlon was kicked out despite not liking the guy cause it wasn't a public vote and don't get me started on Danielle. I don't like things that mess with the eviction so often, and if they say she has immunity for next weeks nomination she has it. If they are going to stick to Helen's immunity is law then when ever they say it to others they should also do so, otherwise it's double standards.

He did not come here for an argument. He asked a legitimate question as he believes that the objections would not have been so vocal had it been one of the other two. So he believes the contention that it was unfair is not the real reason therefore he believes it's utter poppycock. Does that make his position clear. In the future please try to answer the question and not attack the poster.
