Food storage and heat
This is going to sound stupid, and I'm sorry in advance about it. I have pretty bad OCD so it's not exactly rational but I wanted to clarify.
I bought quite a bit of dried food, things like instant porridge, pot noodles etc... about 5/6 hours ago and they've been sitting in my kitchen which thanks to weather and the lay out really warm at the moment, I'd say at least 25'c. I've moved them now to the coolest practical place but wanted to know if that would have any affect on them. They not going to have gone bad in that time would they and will they still be okay for a few days? I know it's really stupid, but I really need to know. Thanks for reading

They'll be fine. While a cool, dry place is ideal the lack of moisture in the dried food makes it a relatively difficult environment for bacteria to grow in.

Look at the "Use by" dates on the packaging then add a few months.
