I feel really sorry for him, so much so that I've just downloaded that farkakte app on the iphone and have thrown an immunity vote his way. Hope it makes a difference, but somehow doubt it will.

... and they're too stupid to wonder why Steven, who was such a nice guy, got evicted instead of Pav. Hopeless bunch.

Poor old Pav, I couldn't believe the amount of boos he got! Thanks to that crowd the hms are going to be against him even more "well if that crowd hate him he must be awful". He seems like a nice guy to me. Why can't they just judge him for themselves on how he is in the house rather than on what 3 ex hms have said, I can't believe they're not intelligent enough not to base their views on 3 people who don't even know Pav

That's good.
Would you be able to uninstall it, reinstall it and then put another vote his way from me?

BB certainly miscast him in a negative light and this led to abusive tauntsfrom the audience. It could be construed as bullying....

I hope this week he is given more of a chance to show how he is going to stir up the house as he claimed in his promo vid. If he can't then I guess he has miscast himself, which at this stage in the game is going to have consequences??

The booing of his sister was absolutely vile.

Helen ordered the others to ignore the new housemates, not speak to them and not share with them the info given by the exhousemates which all of them except Christopher know about.
That falls well within the definition of bullying. The fact that Zoe, (due to her self claimed 'life-experience), can let their behaviour go over her head and carry on acting for the camera as if she is loved by all, makes Pav even more of a target. I feel sorry for him too

Stupid remark, really stupid.

He's a young man, in a strange environment, being ostracised with no support from anyone he knows and cares about.
We've seen this happen to others in the house mainly Jale and Christopher, but also Ashleigh Daniele and Chris to some extent.
It's how the cool kids work.

What a very revealing post. If someone even expresses ordinary human sympathy for Pav, they are 'playing a certain card'.

Why don't you come out and name the card? Could it be because it is you, not the OP, whose perception of Pav centres round his race?

I think there is far too much screaming about bullying on this forum.
Yet I find myself agreeing with a lot of what you say.
I don't think Zoe's behaviour has got anything to do with it though.

In the circumstances he would be happier out of the house.
Nobodies going to be that nice to him in the next few weeks. Let them nominate him and get him out back to go his mates so he can balance oranges.

Why do people always have to put things as more than what they were, she told them to do the BIB, I can't say that I heard her say not to talk to THEM though ! It was Christopher that she said not to talk to about it.

People have discussed the treatment of all those you mention, how the powerful group have ignored, mocked and ostracised them.
It's nothing to do with race, nobody has mentioned race until you implied it.

Your comment has made me recall a childhood expression, "he who smelt it, dealt it".

You are generalising more than the FM you are bitching at.

It's so funny how personally you take it when somebody disagrees with your opinion.

Do you live with deaf mutes

So if you have a psychology degree it means you can't have any feelings of your own ? It's obvious that he's upset about it all, and who wouldn't be, he's done nothing to deserve what's happening, and definitely nothing to deserve the boos he's getting from the crowd.

He is being marginalised which is bullying . He's being made to feel uncomfortable and he doesn't know why. It'll be a learning experience for him so he'll be the one growing....not them ignoring him etc. So, I think for the future it will be good for him to be able to empathise with emotionally less able people. So it's good thing!

And do you always have to be so personal ? Take a look at your own post.

Is it really you? Commenting on the current series.

She did order the old housemates not to talk to the new ones. Pav has confirmed in a conversation to Zoe that this is what he is now experiencing.

We don't normally hope that people can be evicted because other housemates are horrible to them, do we?

It is, yes; but only commenting on the extraordinarily hostile response the mere mention of racism always elicits on here, with people rushing to shout that the person using the word is racist and that it is a 'card' that is being 'played'; because of course racism cannot possibly be a factor in anything, ever.

In my experience, the topic always attracts people from the general discussion forum who do not normally post on here but hear that it is 'kick a leftie' day on the BB forum; I haven't checked, but I bet this is the case.

I understood that the ex-HM's got some negative ideas about Pav (possibly from his VT) which then got spread around the house as though the golden truth.

What I don't understand is how those ideas ('snake in the grass', 'game plan', 'not to be trusted') have now infected the eviction crowd?

Just goes to show how easily groundless poisonous rumours can get spread among willing morons, and how damaging they can be to a person's reputation.

With regards to the 'racism' question, I have wondered whether it's Pav's distinctive features that have influenced those who evidently fear and distrust him. Personally I think he's an unusually attractive man, but I can see - from a Western-centric bias - how his eyes could appear 'sly' or his mouth appear 'cold.'

I agree 100% with this. Pav is a newbie and is getting boos from the public so they will continue to pick on him and see him as "playing a game" so will want him out.

I feel for Pav, he certainly does appear to be getting a hard time - and for no reason other than 3 ex-HMs having a bee in their bonnet about him: Bianca (because Pav along with Zoe changed their vote from Ashleigh to Danielle after Biannca was evicted), Danielle (because he voted for her to be evicted) and Matthew (who knows why Matthew doesn't like him!)
He was a bit OTT in his VT (but aren't they all?) and he did seem a bit power hungry when he first came into the house but it was bound to be difficult coming in this late in the game.

I honestly can't see what it is he's done that's so bad.

I actually think Mark is the worst culprit for the bullying of Pav - and I'm not just saying that because I can't stand him but he wasted no time in telling his cronies exactly what was said about Pav (and Zoe for that matter), therefore turning everyone against him.

And things will likely just get worse for him in there next week judging by his ridiculously over the top reaction from the crowd last night, further cementing it into the HMs vacuous minds that he is a "snake in the grass".
