the swallowing was bizarre, i didn't know if he was going to burst in to tears, very odd.

He had a look of love in his eyes as he watched the clips of himself. He thought he was wonderful. Zero self awareness. He denied, deflected and avoided in that interview. Narcissist.

I know what you mean - nothing he said in those interviews later managed to endear him to me. The only other HM I remember feeling like that about was Charlie Uchea (bb8) and maybe that poisonous Bea!

my take, felt a bit humiliated as he was expecting her to gush over the honour of being his wife.

can see a later discussion about how her saying that on BBOTS made it look as if she didn't love him as much as she ought to

Her closed body language as she sat facing him on that sofa spoke volumes. She more than likely feels no emotion towards him whatsoever. Vile pair !

I have just watched the lunch time repeat and realised why I liked Steven less and less through yesterday's eviction.

It started with the HL show. He kept banging on about the great experience and it not being about tasks etc. He implied it had been a journey - one of self discovery. That's fair enough I am sure that is exactly what a lot of HM's experience. It is possibly the self discovery and a sense of self awareness and recognising personal failings that I find endearing during eviction interviews.

But in Steven's case the journey seems to have done nothing except convince him that he is as wonderful as he thought he was when he went in and he ACTUALLY IS the centre of the universe. His journey took him absolutely nowhere. If anything he is more arrogant and conceited than he was on day 1.

Add to that the most nauseatingly schmaltzy eviction show I have ever see, which might have been a bit more tolerable had this 'romance' been believable and I think he goes straight to the top of my least liked HM table.

Yes, her Upgrade obviously included Uber-hairy Eyebrows to gratify Steve's need for Plucking, plus her venous-blood lipstick gave her an Addams' Family look. Weirder than she was in the BB House!

Well yeah...

Kim was charming by comparison- laughing off criticism, she seems perceptive and emotive, dare I say there's something quite English about some of her personality traits. I wonder how long she's been in the UK?

I think she just let herself down a bit in the house by siding with Helen and she should have been more honest about the boyfriend/ ex boyfriend stuff!

Now I really can see that she is too good for Steven. Sometimes it seemed like they were equally bad in the house. Outside it, they seem to be on totally different levels, she's quite sweet, charming, intelligent and doesn't take herself too seriously... All the things Steven isn't.

So So true, in all aspects. Thanks for making me chuckle, bet his employees on DS are saying the same. Some of you on DS do make me laugh when I'm having a bad day, Fanks
