They gave them for BB13, so why not all the other series.
If anything it seems to me, like the votes are not counted, and the producers decide who goes.

They haven't given a reason. I can't think of one reason why not to have live feed.

Why did you do nothing during CBB5 Shilpagate, and watch Big Brother die, only to remove a decent housemate in BB8 (Emily), for using a word, which in context was nowhere near as derogatory as what took place, six months earlier?

Why do you have vote to save for CBB (that mostly keeps the main protagonists in) but revert to vote to evict for regular BB (that mostly gets the main protagonists out)?

That ghastly show (Stand By Your Man) has replaced live feed.

According to TV Listings, there are three more episodes left of Stand By Your Man.
As Stand by Your Man airs on Fridays, after evictions.
It means that Stand by Your Man will end on 15th August, presumably the launch of CBB.

I don't think we'll be getting those eight hours.

Although, I think we might get the remaining hours for CBB.

I think it's obvious why there's no live feed. We get to see 45 minutes a night of highlights and people complain and moan about every little thing and scream "remove him now, he's a bully" at even the slightest insult. If we were given live feed it would be even worse! It would be more trouble than it's worth for Channel 5. During the Channel 4 days we used to see a lot worse stuff and although people were very shocked, there wasn't such a fuss kicked up as there is these days. It's gone beyond ridiculous. I recently watched a 20 minute clip from BB6 and housemates were having an argument...if that argument had taken place today people would would have been up in arms...there were so many things during the clip that people today would find offensive. It's gone beyond ridiculous how easily people are offended, but that's the reason I believe we have no live feed. It would be hell for then to regulate...they'd have to block out pretty much everything as people are offended over so much!

I can answer your questions dear boy and I ain't a producer:

1) Honestly don't know the answer to the voting figures. Channel 5 are tossers.

2) Big Brother is a social experiment. A reality TV programme and there's the crux REALITY. This sort of thing happens in reality and most people jumped on the ol' bandwagon like most TV programmes without realising rightly or wrongly that Big Brother holds a mirror up to society. It exists, always will get over it. In a nut shell if you watch Big Brother you have zero right to be offended. To delude oneself that these people don't exists is like saying we love Channel 5.

3) LIVE FEED, you don't have it because it is scripted and rehearsed. This is why you no longer have a "sweaty box" (you can see what is happening behind someone when being interviewed) and why no one goes in the camera run on BOTS (last year when the producer was caught "just helping". Money never had nothing to do with it but Channel 5 didn't want to admit that they were scripting it, they wanted it to appear as if it just happened. How can it with live feed?

4) Desperate times call for desperate measures. Look back through the History of Big Brother and I don't mind admitting I am a bit of Bruv officando, the best ones had some but not tons of producer interference.

Nothing to do with it. Controversy creates cash in any industry, if it makes money, Channel 5 would do it. You don't honestly think that Channel 5 or any channel for that matter are scared of Ofcom? Take it from me they're not

We were thinking the only way we would ensure a Josie win was to wipe out any competition. The ''ultimate'' BB housemates had already expressed concerns about having to living with Sam Pepper if he won. Therefore the only possible way to get rid of him was to have a mass eviction using 'vote to evict' to ensure one of the worst lacklustre finals ever, it was Josie's for the taking !

Why are rules not enforced for talking about noms.
