There were actually some genuine questions there I'd have liked to hear his answers for, particularly the ones questioning his superiority, feeling he was above being nominated.
Piss taking ones aside which made me , seemed he still only chose to answer those that were bigging him up ... and in his usual boring manner

Now I'll happily do one if he would be so kind as to return the favour

Doesn't that quote from Steven at the top just put the tin lid on it. That and his smug ugly mug! He's one of the most exasperating people ever just purely because he will never admit any fault. Arrogant to the end.

In essence it means Steven is disrespecting the questions. He is disregarding them as beneath his dignity to answer. It is an expression used to suggest that if you answer a stupid, insolent or hostile question it gives the question dignity. By declining to answer it on these grounds the idea is that you nullify the question - it ceases to exist..

Another form is to say I refuse to honour it with an answer.

Personally I wouldn't give him the oxygen of publicity by asking him diddly squat.
