Nokia Lumia cant save video from email
Wow really? my dad was asking me how to save it, i was sure id be able to do it within 5seconds but alas i couldnt lol and a quick google search tells me it cant be done? i mean REALLY? why cant you do that
And people say iphones are behind the times lol. Im sure theres ways around it by downloading it onto a computer and then putting it on the phone but thats not the point is it, and its too much hassle from what really should be one or two button taps to save it to the phone! Rant over

I've just tested this and it works fine, not sure which version of Windows Phone your dad has on his phone, but on mine it saves just fine.

Sorry i made a mistake, its a video thats been sent as a MMS message i think.?
If you open the message it has the video file name and size next to it and under that theres another file which was 1KB in size? i tried clicking the video but theres no save option. Hes got a 520 on ''Black'' software which i believe is the latest |

I currently have v8.1 installed which is the latest with Lumia "cyan" being the latest, although I don't think its been pushed out to the 520 yet.
Maybe that could be the reason. According to Nokia's update page, the 520 is still "under testing" for the latest update. http://www.nokia.com/global/support/...ity-in-europe/ |
